Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Free from damage caused by the customer
To initiate a return, email us at eleven.xi.officialstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Contact us at eleven.xi.officialstore@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
